In Figs. 7.7 and 7.8, the dependences of and on time in the shell centre are reported. These functions vary with time in a way that depends on the mathematical model used. In spite of the fact that the shell is very thin, the stress–strain state of the shell has an important influence on the effects of physical nonlinearity. For t = 0.19 − 0.24, the extremal stresses increase by 9.7% (for the uncoupled problems 2 and 4) and by 13% (for coupled problems). The inclusion of coupling leads to a decrease (in the time interval considered) in the maximum load (in terms of modulus) of 9.2% (for physically linear problems) and of 6.9% for the physically nonlinear problems. At the time moments t = 0.25, 0.36, 0.48 the values corresponding to the extreme deflection values differ by 2–2.5 times. Therefore, when the physical nonlinearity and the coupling are taken into account, the stress distribution changes in time significantly, and both their maximal and minimal values of the stresses are changed.
